The needs of laboratories vary. Depending on partial or complete automatization, the amount of reagents is quite individual.
The lot number must be specified with each order. Wash buffer, extraction buffer, conjugate buffer, assay buffer, stop solution, and substrate are identical in all kits and can be used in any other kit, too.
